As soon as your Lumine scented candles leave our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a secure tracking link and your order summary. Prefer to check on the website? Enter your order number (and the email used at checkout) on our tracking page to see real-time delivery updates any time. This works for both domestic and international shipments, so you’ll always know where your luxury candles and gift sets are—whether they’re crossing town or crossing borders.
For international deliveries, the carrier and route may vary by destination. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout, and tracking will update as your parcel moves through each milestone, including export, customs clearance and local hand-off. During peak seasons, severe weather or public holidays, small delays can occur; we’ll keep updating your timeline so there are no surprises.
