Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Lumine. If something isn’t right, we will review and resolve it fairly.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

  • Requested within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking records)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened candles, wax products, or fragrance items

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within [48/72] hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label
    We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the case.

Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return shipping where applicable.

  • For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
